We are excited to introduce several enhancements across the platform in this release.

Resources

  • New conflict resolution tooltip
    • When resolving conflicts in a rotation, a tooltip now displays the associated work package for context.
  • Improvements to skills on personnel profiles
    • The skills table has two new columns showing Last changed by and Last changed at.
    • Sort by any skill column, providing a better overview.
    • The Skill groups section now displayes skills within each group by Status, showing the valid skills in a group at the top, followed by Expiring soon and Expired skills.
  • Search improvements
    • The search functionality on the Teams page now aligns with the search behavior in the Personnel and Resource Calendar sections.
  • Manpower plan export readability improvement
    • A new separator appears between each team in the Excel sheet, improving readability.

Reports

  • Enhanced display for remarks
    • Long remarks and internal remarks are now fully visible in a tooltip.
  • Activity ID
    • Add an activity ID to report templates and individual reports.
  • Company logo

Work orders

  • Make work packages mandatory
    • A new admin setting lets you set whether a work package is mandatory when creating work orders.
    • Web only; mobile support coming soon.
  • Approval state filter
    • Sort work orders by Draft, Pending, Signed, and Rejected states.
  • Duplicate work order warning
    • When creating a new work order, you will receive a warning of potentially creating a duplicate of any exisiting work orders.
    • Duplicates are flagged where existing work orders have the same connections, priorioty, and type.

Activities

  • Mandatory fields setting
    • Admins can now specify whether a work package and/or work order is mandatory when creating activities.
    • Web only; mobile support coming soon.
  • Persistent filters
    • Filters applied on the Activities page are now saved when you leave and return to the page, as was already the case in other Execution sections.
