Component Input Data
This article contains information about the different input values available when creating or editing a component.
General
Input Label | Mandatory | Description |
---|---|---|
Name | ✅ | Free-text field where you can write the name of the component. |
Component ID | ❌ | Free-text field where you can add the component ID. |
Serial number | ❌ | Free-text field where you can add the serial number of the component. |
Work package | ❌ | Select the work package(s) the component is associated with. |
Loadout ID | ❌ | The loadout ID for the component. |
Department | ❌ | Select the department responsible for the component. |
Unit cost | ❌ | The cost of the subassembly in the currency of your choice. |
SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) | ❌ | Number of items in stock. |
Condition status | ❌ | Sets the condition of the subassembly. |
Responsible | ❌ | The person responsible for the subassembly. |
Milestones
You can set the milestones of the assembly. These statuses are set by the company admin. More details can be found in this article.
Location
Input Label | Mandatory | Description |

Site | ✅ | Set the site where the component is located. |
Asset | ❌ | Define the type of asset the component belongs to. |
Subassembly | ❌ | Select which subassembly this component belongs to. |
Remarks
Both Remarks and Internal Remarks are free-text fields for any comments or additional notes related to the component.
